The Toma is shaped from yellow travertine — a material that carries its own history in every vein and surface shift. A brass-toned fitting and warm wood canopy complete the piece, grounding it in the Japandi sensibility of natural material used with restraint. It works above a kitchen island, in a dining space, or as a single considered accent in a hallway or bedroom.

Toma is carved from natural travertine. Each shade carries its own surface character — soft veining, tonal variation, and organic texture that cannot be exactly replicated. These are not imperfections; they are what make each piece its own.

Yellow travertine is naturally semi-translucent. With a warm-toned bulb, the stone glows softly, casting a gentle amber light through its surface. The effect is subtle and warm — better suited to accent or ambient lighting than as a primary task light on its own.

We recommend a warm white E27 LED bulb — ideally 2200K to 2700K — to complement the amber tone of the travertine. A globe or tubular bulb shape sits well within the shade and keeps the silhouette clean.

Yes. The Toma is fitted with an adjustable pendant cord, allowing you to set the hanging height to suit your ceiling and space. For kitchen islands and dining tables, a drop that positions the shade roughly 65–80 cm above the surface works well for most settings.
