How many of these pendants should I hang over a kitchen island?
For a standard kitchen island, two to three pendants spaced evenly works well. The smaller 8-inch size suits compact islands or single-seat bars, while the larger 14-inch size makes more visual impact over wider surfaces. Spacing them roughly 60–70 cm apart gives a balanced, considered look.
What bulb works best in this pendant, and is one included?
The Aureon takes an E26 or E27 base bulb up to 60W. No bulb is included. A warm white LED (2700K–3000K) works well here, it softens the industrial metal finish and gives a warm, ambient quality to the downlight.
Can the cord length be adjusted?
Yes. The cord or chain is adjustable and comes at a maximum length of 59 inches (approximately 150 cm), so you can set the hanging height to suit your ceiling and table or island surface below. Most people hang kitchen pendants 70–90 cm above a countertop.
